What does this role do at CCL?

 

Tired of being defined by your KPIs? Don't worry, we won't micromanage you.  You will report to our Associate Director, Paul Popovic to position yourself as the trusted voice of CCL in the renewable energy market. As an experienced 360 recruiter, you will have the freedom to engage with clients and candidates that are looking for your expert services. The value you place on delivering accessible, trusted services will bring everything together and make you a success in our business. 

Compensation & Commission

At CCL, we tie your base salary to experience in agency recruitment. That means based on your agency experience, your base pay will fall within one of the following ranges.

$50,000 - $65,000
$65,000 - $85,000
$85,000 - $100,000

Your potential/targeted earnings (OTE) is based on performance. CCL's recruitment roles are eligible for commission, meaning individual compensation packages will be based on experience, performance and bonuses.
